Difference between pixel and vector - What is That?

This is a common question of almost every newbie designer. Today we will try to highlight the differences between raster and vector graphics.Pixels are tiny colored squares that make up digital images, while vectors are mathematical shapes and lines.

Pixels are resolution-dependent and can lose quality when enlarged, while vectors are resolution-independent and can be scaled infinitely without losing quality. Pixels are best for photographs and realistic images, while vectors are ideal for logos, icons, illustrations, and typography. Pixel images tend to have larger file sizes, especially for complex images, while vector images have smaller file sizes, regardless of complexity.

Pixels are commonly used in digital photography and raster graphics software, while vectors are used in vector graphics software and for creating scalable graphics for web and print.

What is pixel (Or raster) basically?

Raster graphics are a type of graphical document that usually contains information in a rectangular grid of pixels or dots on a computer screen or other displayable surface.
